What it includes...

Training
The FBC uses a combo of training methods to achieve the best results! No class is the same! Expect a mixture of HIIT, Cardio, Aerobics, Boxercise, Strength, Tone, Barre, Yoga & Pilates in different courses.

Measurements
Body measurements are tracked throughout the courses to check progression along with scale measurements and pictures for visual changes.

Nutrition
FBC promotes a healthy balanced diet to achieve best results. Members have access to meal plans and recipes online.

What is the HIIT & STRENGTH 12 Week Transformation course?
We combine High Intensity Interval Training & Weight Training along with added Nutritional Advice & Measurements to track your progress.
