Meal Planning - Keep it simple!

The key with prep and meal planning is to keep it simple!

You can then swap and change either the protein or the grain etc to stop you from getting bored and different spices and flavours to mix it up.

There are so many other options to choose from, you need to find what you like for it to work.

Research and educate yourself on food so that you can understand it better and then start educating your family and friends and encourage a healthy lifestyle for all.

Clean eating is about being healthy, wholesome and balanced with your eating. Good ingredients and home cooking, so try to make it part of your family life. Start by looking at the food you usually eat and thinking about simple changes you can make to that meal to make it healthier. You don't have to change completely you can start by adapting what you already know.



You can track your calories using 'my fitness pal' which is a free app you can use on your phone/tablet etc.

The recommended daily calorie intake for females is around 2000 calories per day, so to lose weight we need to be in the deficit of this and reduce it to 1500 calories per day.
